From October 30th 2026, employers must take all reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment at work, including harassment of staff by customers. managero drafts a harassment policy and risk assessment from your answers, shows you who has read and signed the policy, and has training videos for the team. It keeps a private harassment log, and if you switch it on, staff can raise a concern with or without their name. It's included in the £18.99 excl VAT a month. What counts as reasonable for your business is still your call.
